REGMON 2.0

Important Note: A comprehensive redevelopment (complete rebuild of the software in backend and frontend) is currently underway. The goal is to ensure connectivity in science and sports practice and to enable sustainable, open-source-driven development. The release of REGMON 2.0 will take place soon. The old version will be sunsetted shortly and replaced by the new edition. For further questions, please use the contact form below.

Athlete monitoring for sports practice and science

From data collection to analysis and visualization – close the loop in the monitoring cycle with REGMON, the software platform for the flexible and straightforward implementation of holistic athlete monitoring.

Collect, analyze, and visualize data

In both sports practice and science, holistic data management is becoming increasingly important for optimal control of the training process. The foundation for this is the regular, frequent, and process-accompanying collection of information about the training individuals, the training performed, and the current context. REGMON fully maps this recurring monitoring cycle from user-centric data collection, through diverse processing and analysis options, to various visualization possibilities.

Open Source

Open Source creates trust, transparency, and independence. Keep control over your data and do not tie yourself to restrictive terms of use.

Flexible

The implemented modular principle allows for uncomplicated adaptability and a versatile range of applications for the software.

Webapp

A responsive front-end enables access via all common web browsers on computers and mobile devices.

A simple system – with powerful tools

REGMON was consistently designed with a modular approach and is therefore particularly flexible. Data collection is based on freely definable forms that can be adapted to different user needs using input and design elements. Scientifically sound analyses and individualized feedback based on evaluation templates enable optimal support for everyday training.

Management of regeneration meets athlete monitoring

In regeneration management, the training process is viewed as a whole to support training adaptation, reduce the risk of overtraining, injuries, and illnesses, and quickly restore sport-specific performance. To this end, REGMON was developed as part of the project "Optimization of Training and Competition: Management of Regeneration in Elite Sports" (REGman), which was funded by the German Federal Institute of Sport Science (BISp) from 2012 to 2021 as part of the WVL research program. The questionnaires "Acute Recovery and Stress Scale" (ARSS) and "Short Recovery and Stress Scale" (SRSS) designed and validated in the project are already included as usable forms in the software.

REGMON Open Source Project

REGMON was released under the MIT license to promote collaboration and exchange within the community. This license emphasizes openness and makes it possible to benefit from the experiences of others while sharing your own developments. The REGMON Open Source project stands for the free availability of knowledge and thrives on active participation.
